A dual local-extra development pattern for knowledge intensive business services within industrial cluster of China: Empirical studies from Zhejiang province

During the past years, there has been a significant increase in the attention on the activities of knowledge-intensive business services. In order to better understand KIBS within clusters, especially in developing countries, this paper firstly discusses the classification of KIBS within cluster innovation systems by given the types of KIBS in clusters in detail, and then points out a dual local-extra development pattern for Knowledge intensive business services within industrial cluster of China by empirical analysis on Zhejiang hardware cluster.
