Abstract
Enablers are factors that individually and collectively, influence something will work properly for example, governance and management in an over enterprise information technology (IT). Each enablers can be identified how it provides the effect on governance in a vocational higher education. The method of data analysis used to determine the effect of each enablers in vocational higher education governance. Methods of data analysts that used is path analysis. Path Analysis is the statistical technique used to examine causal relationships between two or more variables. Path analysis methods is used to generate group of governance enabler in a vocational higher education into two types, namely main enablers and support enablers. Main enablers is an enabler that influence significantly on the governance of vocational higher education and support enabler is an enablers that supports vocational higher education governance can be run well.
