  • Abstract
    With the development of the economy, ice and snow tourism has became a hot issue of tourism industry, and the development of the ice and snow tourism has been paid more and more attention. How to accurately understand the synergy mechanism of ice and snow tourism resources value is the precondition of scientifically developing ice and snow tourism resources and promoting the development of ice and snow tourism industry. This paper analyzes the synergy relationships among the economic value and ecological value and cultural value of ice and snow tourism resources based on the study of the constitution of ice and snow tourism resources value, and constructs the synergy mechanism model and synergy measurement model of ice and snow tourism resources value. Lastly the paper takes Heilongjiang A scenic area as an example to conduct an empirical research.
