Abstract :
In the era of knowledge economy, the competitive advantage of enterprises will largely depend on the acquisition and utilization of knowledge, especially the speed and efficiency of knowledge innovation. At the same time, due to the complex and changeable economic environment, modular strategy is favored by more enterprises. The research and application of modular method has certain enlightenment function for enterprises´ knowledge innovation. This paper explores the mechanism that how modularization impacts on knowledge innovation from the angles of simplified mechanism, organizational mechanism, competitive mechanism and collaborative mechanism, which analyzes the influence in the view of knowledge modularization, organization modularization and the competitive means in modularization. Accordingly, the enterprises´ knowledge innovation strategies based on modularization are brought out, in hope that they can serve as useful references for enterprises.
