Abstract :
With the deepening and generalizing of the division of social labor, more and more interface problems are accordingly increased. From a brand new point of view and combined with the thermodynamics of alloy and Interface Management, this paper discusses the relative concepts of Interface Management and the necessity of the application of Interface Management in human resource development(hereinafter called “HRD”). Based on the fact that the HRD of state-owned forest enterprises in Heilongjiang province are always faced with various deep-seated interface contradictions and barriers such as unbalanced individual development, the shortage of group development and the balk of organizational development, this paper attempts to explore the influence mechanism and intrinsic factors of the interface contradictions from a perspective of micro-crystal interface, and proposes some feasible countermeasures to improve the quality of the HRD in state-owned forestry enterprises so as to practically enhance the internal energy and attractive energy among the employees, the internal energy and coordinative among the departments; and thus make up for the economic deficiency of the division of social labor, eliminate the interface conflicts and barriers and guarantee the smooth progress of the HRD.
