Abstract :
Knowledge management is an important part of enterprise management in the 21st century. Knowledge management evaluation is a guiding tool for knowledge management practice, it can effectively track the implementation of knowledge management, measure the practice level of knowledge management, and evaluate the performance of knowledge management and capability levels; the process of which will help guide the development of knowledge economy, foster knowledge-based enterprises, and create knowledge workers in management practices. On the basis of knowledge management features, this paper constructs the knowledge management capability evaluation index system. Weight factor method is adopted to determine the weights of each evaluation index; the index membership degree is calculated according to membership function of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. The comprehensive evaluation of enterprises knowledge management capabilities is obtained on the maximum membership degree principle. An Empirical Study is conducted on a software enterprise with this method. This paper aims to objectively reflect and effectively enhance the capabilities of enterprises knowledge management and innovation.
