Abstract :
This paper gives a comprehensive analysis on strategies for virtual HR management in modern enterprises. On the basis of summarizing the definition of virtual HR management and its characteristics, this paper elaborates on the causes of virtual HR management and the relationship between it and human resources outsourcing in concrete, and builds its classification models from two dimensionalities-uniqueness and value. Then this paper analyzes the content of virtual HR management. In the end, the problems that virtual HR management encountered and the countermeasures for these problems are emphatically treated upon.
