Abstract
This paper investigates the acceleration of convergence to a steady state in a transient analysis of rotating machines using the time-periodic explicit error correction (TP-EEC) method. The efficient method to deal with the movement of the rotor and different time-periodicity in the fixed and moving parts of the mesh is developed. Numerical results verify the effectiveness of the developed method.
