Abstract :
Motivated by the realization that is the knowledge management plays an increasing important role in the establishment of organizational competitive advantage, a plenty of academicians and practitioners contribute themselves into solving the question that is how to improve the performance of organizational knowledge management. The common measure deployed by most people is identifying some facilitators of organizational knowledge management, and then figure out how these identified facilitators influence on knowledge management. However, given such a large number of previous literature, quite few people is interested with exploring the knowledge concerned with the mutual linkages between these facilitators identified previously. Therefore, taking this situation as a motivation, the authors conducts this research aimed at studying the potential connections between the facilitators of knowledge management in practice by employing a case study as a central methodology; furthermore, triangulation which refers to a method of improving the validity of the findings in academic research through using the data collected in a different way to test the accuracy of the findings gained from the qualitative measure.
