Abstract :
Grading and classification for sea area is the process of assessing the quality, utilization benefits and differentials of geographic spatial distribution, which use hierarchical sequence to evaluate the quality. This paper focuses on the methodology of grading and classification for sea area. The paper preliminarily explores the concept and assessment technique used in the method. The paper also addresses the issue how to appropriately classify and delimit sea area. The paper aims at providing guidance to better use sea area with the standards.
