Abstract :
We propose a new algorithm for recognizing cell images by using Radial Harmonic Fourier moments (RHFMs) to extract features of cell images and by combing RHFMs with Support Vector Machine (SVM). In recognizing different kinds of cells, this algorithm can make generalization come true in the process of extraction and recognition of the features of cells. It is also advantageous in the speed and accuracy of recognition.
