Abstract :
It is of essentially importance for minor enterprises to promote the fast and healthy growth by developing, managing and utilizing the technology resources to compensate the shortage in talents and technology and by enhancing technological creativity and core competitiveness. With SPSS 15.0 software, we processed the sample statistics through the factor analysis on the five dimensions: enterprises´ innovation activities, enterprises´ co-operation with other organizations, public support for enterprises, information sources of enterprises´ innovation activities and other economical factors and with the analysis 13 factors were obtained. Then we made the regression analysis of the statistical relationship between the 13 factors, product effects, production effects and management effects. The research result shows that the 13 factors make different impacts on the 3 effect factors, which improves the concept model. Finally, this paper, from the perspectives of the enterprises as well as the government, offers suggestions on how to improve minor enterprises´ innovation ability.
