Abstract :
The theoretical analysis of electron motion in longitudinally varying magnetic field of MPFS is given in this paper. We offered the focusing mechanism of electrons in such systems based on this analysis. We investigate the influence of elctron inlet conditions on a character of electron trajectory in MPFS that consists of both only SmCo5 washers and alternating SmCo5 and NdFeB wahers. Theoretical calculations are in good agreement with experimental research of electron trajectory of non relativistic beam placed in such MPFS.
