Abstract
The factors that affect interpersonal relationships include distance, frequency of contacts, similarity of attitudes, complementary of needs and personality binder. Based on the analysis of these five factors on the impact of construction enterprise relationships, we put forward the four-dimensional model of interpersonal relationships, which is of guiding significance to create a favorable human relation atmosphere for the construction enterprises.
