Abstract :
Structured management is an important management technique to decompose and synthesize large-scale complex projects. This article introduces the principles, the current research and connotation of structured management methods, based on which carries on specific study on project breakdown and proposes structured comprehensive breakdown method for large-scale complex projects. This article chooses 2010 Shanghai World Expo construction projects as the object of practical project breakdown, applies comprehensive breakdown method with overall concerns about a variety of factors in the whole process, and builds up a set of project breakdown structure that is applicable to all parties involved.
