  • Abstract
    The problem of efficiency has become the research focus for economist today. The enterprise´s input and output could reflect the production efficiency in a certain period. So the input-output analysis is often used to evaluate the problem of efficiency. As the real estate industry has a longer chain and wide relevance of industries, it has a direct impact on development speed and quality of the national economy. Analysis and evaluation on the efficiency of the real estate development is of great significance. This paper uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to select the relevant indicators and establish the evaluation model of real estate operating efficiency. The efficiency of real estate industry based on DEA in Ningbo City is analyzed, and several influencing factors are discussed. Some research results suggest the direction for formulating industries planning, adjusting the industries structure and improving business efficiency.
