Study on the Foundation Theoretical Framework of COT-Oriented Cooperative Operation of System Resources

Concerning the occurrence of new trend in the process of US Army transformation, the paper presents a new COT-Oriented cooperative operation of system resources distributed in the network, to change the custom application pattern based on specific task and security issues, organized at a certain and pre-design way, and illustrates the foundation theoretical framework of COT-Oriented cooperative operation of system resources, through concept and connotation, driven factor, aggregation process, and inner mechanism. Finally, it raises the conclusion.
