  • Abstract
    Aiming at lack of clear evaluation grades in characteristics measurement of evaluation index and science express of evaluation conclusion about dam safety monitoring system comprehensive evaluation, based on the analysis of general method and its application conditions of the evaluation grades classification, combined with the specific characteristics of dam safety monitoring system comprehensive evaluation, in this paper, the method of evaluation grades classification with four grades are put forward such as excellent, qualified, poorer and poor, and some key questions are studied such as the corresponding relationship of evaluation grades and membership, the measurement method of qualitative and quantitative evaluation index, the evaluation standard of each grades and corresponding processing methods. The research results in this paper can provide reference methods to the practice and reference basis to making norm of dam safety monitoring system comprehensive evaluation in the future.
