Abstract :
A Hough-transform-based method for locating peaks in NMR spectra is described. This method has been applied to four 2-D slices of the 3D-NMR spectrum. The program was able to identify all the peaks. This procedure is more robust than simple peak picking of local maxima since there is no false peak identification; however, there is a problem of multiple detection of peaks within the range of peak width
