Abstract :
An excitation problem for a cylindrical microstrip phased array antenna Is discussed. The array consists of N periodically arranged elements. Each element represents a sub-array of M patches. Each patch Is fed by a probe which is introduced in a line charge approximation. The Integral equation for finding the patch surface currents Is formulated and solved in the spatial domain by the moment method. The far field is calculated io a wide frequency range.
