Abstract :
Based on understanding of troubleshooting issues to be solved during constructing Chinese modern defense companies, a related research idea is provided: in the clear context of national institutions, building research ideas of company´s strategy of defense conversion, the approaches of development and mechanisms for efficient allocation of resources, achieving the integration of related strategies.
