Abstract
The problem of formation of the prescribed amplitude radiation pattern is considered with an additional condition of restriction on the value of electromagnetic field in a near zone. Variational statement of the synthesis problem allows to satisfy simultaneously the putted requirements to the amplitude radiation pattern and to take into account restrictions on the sought excitation factors of waveguide array. Use of weight functions and weight multiplier in criterion of optimization enables to regularize a degree of satisfaction of requirements to the radiation pattern, factors of excitation, as well as the values of electromagnetic field in the given areas of a near zone. The expressions for the both radiation pattern and the field in a near zone are received in an operational form for convenience of solving the synthesis problem that substantially facilitates this process.
