Abstract :
LTE network planning mainly contains two contents: base stations´ position and their power allocation. Traffic search method is used to determine base station position and initial power. For the base station power allocation, we induce the game theory. To avoid the non-cooperate game theory´s shortcome, we consider the cooperation game theory, namely, base stations can exchange a few information. Simulations demonstrate that it is convergence and improve the performance due to the update of power and interference price per iterate.
