Abstract :
With the gradual formation of China´s socialist market economic system, research on the government procurement market under an open economy will become an inevitable choice. Under the backdrop of the country´s accession to WTO, the impact of Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) on the economy is increasingly evident, and China´s accession to the agreement is not only the government´s commitment, but has also become the inexorable option of the country´s further integration into the world economic system. This paper traces the development of Government Procurement Agreement (GPA), from the positive and negative aspects analyzes the main affections of joining GPA to China, analyzed the main problem after joining GPA, based on the Chinese government and Chinese enterprises to propose measure suggestion to cope with joining GPA in the purpose of helping the healthy development of China´s government procurement.
