Abstract :
We have proposed a new pixel structure of 3D real-time imager. The background-level-subtraction scheme enables to measure the 3D real-time data under sunlight situation. In each pixel, floating diffusion (FD) structure subtracts the background level to extract the photoelectrons generated by the signal light without using complicated circuits.
