Semiasymptotic method for impedance plane with quasiperiodic spatial perturbation of parameters

Abstract :
Effects of coupling of wave beam and surface wave at plane with spatially oscillating surface impedance are theoretically considered. Proposed method is asymptotic accordingly smoothness parameter and is numerical accordingly perturbation amplitudes. It combines advantages of the asymptotic and numeric methods in cases of quasiperiodic structures with large number of "periods". Obtained coupling coeficients are compared with known asymptotic expressions. Influence of number of spatial harmonic taking into account on solution errors is analyzed.
