Abstract :
The problem of plane electromagnetic wave diffraction by a multilayer planar frequency selective surface has been solved in the paper. Integral equations for the problem had been formulated in both spectral and spatial domain: The integral equations had been solved by the Galerkin method with entire domain basis functions taking into account the edge condition. Regularization techniques for matrix equations resulting from integral equations in both spectral and spatial domain have been suggested in the paper.
