Abstract :
A modular design approach for an analog MOS linear circuit design suitable for a future automated analog design environment is outlined. The approach is based on a linearized composite MOSFET building block. General applications using this basic linear block are designed and integrated. The measured results of these circuits implemented in a CMOS 1.5-μm process technology are shown to validate the concept in practice
