Abstract :
Resource management is an important issue in wireless communication networks, especially in femtocellular networks which aim at serving mobile users in small areas. In this paper, we propose a dynamic resource allocation scheme for moving small-cell networks. Our proposed scheme is based on the idea that in vehicle environments, the moving directions of vehicles are unpredictable. Outage probability is analyzed for evaluation of our proposed scheme.
