Normative description of railway video resource information based on metadata

For the railway video resource information is lack of homogeneity in description elements and description method, it doesn´t facilitate information sharing and management. According to the requirements of extraction and application, based on the metadata technique, we put forward the design scheme of normative description of railway video resource information. Through the scheme, the problems in fast and accurate search, precise positioning, data sharing and management issues are solved. Our work lays the foundation for building the unified metadata elements and description method about the railway video resource information and promotes the resource sharing and application of video to maximize efficiency.
