Abstract :
The element warpage which was caused by condition that the four nodes of spacial quadrilateral element may not be coplanar affects stiffness matrix and nodal force vector of element. In order to improve the simulation accuracy, the modified four-node isoparametric membrane element was applied to one step forming. The computer program was also implemented. The simulation result of wheel cover strengthen panel was compared with the experimental one. It is found that the method can obtain favorable effectiveness.
