Abstract :
For improving the working performance of peanut convey separator, the structural characteristics and working principle of the peanut convey separator were introduced, the kinematic model was established, and the performance in kinematics was discussed. Based on the experimental analyses and computer simulation by Matlab, the influences of working speed, chain pitch, vibration frequency of the chain on the peanut damage mechanism were analysed, and the working parameters were decided. The peanut harvesting experiments for testing the performance indexes of digging rate, sieving rate, damage rate, and so on, were accomplished, the experimental results show that the performance indexes accord with the intended requirements, the theoretical modelling and parameter selection for the convey separator are reasonable.
