Abstract :
This paper will introduce the principle of obtaining seismic wavepsilas torsional acceleration component from itpsilas translation component, and it gets the torsional component of EI Centro wave and Ninghe wave through the Matlab calculation program.Using ANSYS software, the spatial elastic-plastic analysis model of frame structural is established,and then, the translational and rotational component of the seismic wave was input to the frame structural model ,and carried out the elastic-plastic time-history analysis on it. The results show that torsional component of seismic wave has a great influence on frame structural, it should be considered when designing.
