Abstract :
The development of the CAPP system based on the PDM system and explores some key technologies of the system integration about CAPP/PDM and CAD/CAPP. With the rapid development of theory, method and technology about PDM, this paper firstly takes an in-depth study on implemental method and relative technology about PDM being the framework of CAPP to support the integration of information. In order to obtain a reasonable information management quickly and economically, this paper brings forward the resolving scheme using GA (genetic algorithm) to achieve the information management optimization of process planning. In the research of project, we havenpsilat completed the coding of all information of product for the time is very limit, but the methods are viable and effective through simple calculation. Adopting the calculate method, the information is managed effective through this method.
