Abstract
The paper establishes an evaluation index system of location decision on distribution centers of emergency food logistics. Then it puts forward a model combining Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) with improved Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm, which has not only the capability of high non-linear mapping via neural network, but also the characteristics of high efficiency, global convergence, and distributed calculation via improved ACO algorithm. The location decision on distribution centers of emergency food logistics can be made through the model on the premise of efficiency, safety and reliability. Finally, a simulation example is demonstrated to show the model is effective and applicable.
