Title :
Model-free adaptive control scheme applied to control the pH of industrial wastewater

Abstract :
The control problem of industrial wastewater neutralisation process is addressed in this paper. The dynamics of the measuring instrument and the continuously stirred tank reactor (CSTR) are explicitly considered which is mostly ignored while proposing sophisticated control schemes. A model-free adaptive control scheme is employed to control the process which is subjected to extreme disturbances to demonstrate the robustness of the scheme.
