Abstract :
The VLSI implementation of discrete-time analog finite impulse response (FIR) filters using voltage followers and transconductance multipliers is addressed. The proposed approach allows operation at high frequencies (~10 MHz) with low supply voltages, low power dissipation and low silicon area requirements. Simulations of a 33-coefficient structure demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach
