The design of enterprise group financial management platform

Abstract-With the rapid global integration of economic progress, group corporations such as capital as the link through the common wealth´s economy continue to optimize the financial management processes and accelerate the management of change, in order to enhance the management performance, thereby enhancing the competitive strength. In this article, we focus on the financial management system´s construction in group corporations, and we need to consider the development and the application of the financial management theory in Chinese enterprises. On this basis, we analyze the establishment of financial management system satisfying the future´s requirement in group corporations. We will describe the necessity and the main content of financial management system construction under the new market condition.
