Abstract :
Recent technological advances have made switched current (SI) circuit technologies a viable means for implementing analog signal processing circuits. The development of accurate modeling and verification procedures is important. Simulation and modeling issues in SI circuits are explored. These procedures are successfully implemented in the new SI simulation tool, the extracted data simulator (EDSIM)
