Abstract :
Based on the qualitative representation of logistics reputation grades, fuzzy mathematics methods are proposed to describe the grades and other variables according to the fuzzy characteristics of them. Moreover, some fuzzy sets related to the reputation grades, the date of delivery, the intact extent of goods and the logistics service quality are defined, and the membership functions corresponding to these variables are constructed so as to provide a theory and method premise for the fuzzy reasoning and calculation of logistics reputation.
