Abstract :
According to the data measured by gas metabolism experiments, this paper analyzed the energy consuming and oxygen uptake in exercises, the relationship between oxygen uptake and age, weight, gender, and burthen, as well as the relationship between burthen and exercise intensity. Relation models of different variables are established separately to derivate individualized sports energy consuming models. This paper explores the applications of the model in establishing of walking-running exercises prescription, and provided a feasible plan for scientific walking-running exercises. The value in practice and application is obviously.
