Abstract
Parallel time-domain analysis of high-speed VLSI interconnects is realized using numerical Laplace transform inversion. This new form of parallel analysis includes response and sensitivity calculations for coupled microstrip lines which are used in performance optimization aimed at reducing crosstalk, ringing and signal delays in the interconnect. The parallel calculation of linear circuit responses allows related problems such as optimization or nonlinear circuit simulation to benefit from the speedup
