Abstract :
With the rapid development of China´s software outsourcing industry, software outsourcing talent shortage has become a bottleneck restricting the development of software outsourcing. Analysis of the software outsourcing industry demand for talent at all levels as well as software outsourcing talents, discusses how to cultivate software outsourcing talents in Colleges and Universities, introduced the reform and innovation of Hangzhou Institute of Service Engineering in software outsourcing talents training.
