Abstract :
Google launched a mobile platform Android in November 2007. Since the source code of Android was released to people, a large number of communities have organized around Android.This paper studies an open-source audio and video solution FFmpeg, presenting a plug-in multimedia player software platform based on Android.The platform is an improvement and innovation for Android system´s multimedia player software platform.
