Abstract :
Now a day´s technologies in the medical fields must be utilized to create advancements and to meet health requirements with the available medical resources for the day by day increasing population. Previous tasks such as building health organization, digitalization and integration of HealthCare platform are providing service inside the organization to the patient. It has difficulties such as adapting to dynamic environment and meeting user´s diversified requirements. A Public-oriented Health care Platform using web services technology overcomes the above problems and provides really useful healthcare solution to end users. In this approach an automated wireless sensors based device will take care of monitoring the body of the patient and finding the chronic diseases. An automated application will be taking care of pushing and pulling the data periodically and send chronic diseases values by SMS through SMS gateway to the register patient. In the modern HealthCare Platform is providing service to the patient anywhere and anytime. In addition to the above requirements are finding fall down detection of patient by using GPS technologies and trying to send fall down location SMS through SMS gateways to the stored authorized security numbers which are available in the patient database.
