Abstract :
The development direction of techniques for large-scale transformer in future is high-capacity and extreme high voltage. And its structure is becoming more and more complex; its manufacturing cost is becoming more and more expensive. Therefore, it is necessary to design and develop a state monitoring and fault diagnosis system for large-scale transformer and improve the reliability and accuracy of the fault diagnosis system. Considering such operation characteristic of power transform as wide distribution, unattended operation, it is very urgent to realize the on-line state monitoring and fault diagnosis for transformer during its running through network remote communication. In order to satisfy the requirement of remote state monitoring and fault diagnosis of power transformer on real-time, reliability and distributed management, an on-line measuring and controlling system based embedded technology is designed in this paper. In order to realize remote communication, a new method of data wireless transmitting based on GPRS is designed. The designed intelligent on-line monitoring instrument each part and the characteristic gas collecting and data processing system are all introduced in detail. The designed system is good in real-time, reliability and its running cost. And any an intelligent on-line monitoring instrument in the electric network occurs breakdown, which doesnpsilat produce influence to other part functions for the developed remote monitoring and diagnosis system. Therefore, the developed measuring and analyzing system for power transformer state monitoring and fault diagnosis can be widely used in engineering application. And it will change the existing maintenance and repair pattern for transformer and realizes to forecast fault of transformer.
