Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to present a new general object-oriented framework for the modeling of time and to point out its use in the setting of a fuzzy and uncertain object-oriented database model, in order to support and to extend the traditional temporal database concepts. The definition of this framework relies on a suitable, new theoretical time model which is based on time indications in natural languages
