Abstract :
This paper concerns on the case of the supply chain of an electronics manufacturer. The manufacturer encountered problems in daily operations. The problem is formulated as a synchronized scheduling of air transportation and parallel machine scheduling problem. A synchronized scheduling method is proposed to solve the problem. Using the real data from the company, the results show that the synchronized scheduling method is superior to current operations method.
