Abstract :
This paper describes a tolerance design of a BLDC Motor. The shape and dimensional tolerance of the BLDC motor directly affect on its performances. Therefore, a manufacturing design guide of the dimensional tolerance for the BLDC motor is desirable and it can be accomplished by the tolerance analysis of the design variable of the BLDC motor. Accordingly, this paper proposes stochastic response surface method combined with genetic algorithm to achieve tolerance analysis and allocation.
