Abstract :
Today Power crisis is an important scenario of Bangladesh. It is suffering from acute power crisis a quite long time without any respite. There are a number of underlying reasons for the crisis, but ultimately the country lacks the fossil fuel resources required to conduct a large scale grid-expansion program. Besides power production, environmental issue is becoming a main concern to our country and trying to reduce carbon emission. The effective and efficient use of sustainable Energy sources can help to reduce the power crisis and it will be an environment friendly enterprise. So, this paper focuses on the energy scenario and feasibility analysis of different sustainable energy sources including solar, wind, Micro-hydro and bio-mass energy in the perspective of Bangladesh.
